Creativity is life…
…and life is creativity. Yep, that’s a bit woo-woo right out of the gate, but please humour me for a moment… The universe is constantly expanding, your cells are regenerating as you read this and out there somewhere someone is being born. Wild, huh?
So if creativity is, in fact, LIFE, why do we run from it? Why do we fear it? Why aren’t we running through the streets, shouting its name at the top of our lungs and joyfully squealing, “I AM CREATIVE!”
For starters, so many of us are told from a young age that because we can’t draw a HORSE as realistic as little Johnny can, that we’re not creative.
Or maybe the pressures of life, earning money and starting a family took up all of our time and we simply forgot how much we loved to make things.
Or – and this one is very close to home – we loved creating things SO much that we turned it into a job and now all of our beautiful, magical and healing creative energy is given to everyone else… except the one person who truly needs it the most (spoiler alert: it’s YOU).
No matter what reason brought you here, to this page, I want you to know this: you ARE, always WERE and will BE AGAIN, creative.
Before I wax too poetic, I want to show you how I got here. And by here, I mean to this place of exploring what it means to live a truly creative life.
For me, it’s not just about making Art or solving problems – it’s about why creativity can be the best antidote for trauma. It’s what I researched in my PhD project and is the reason I’m on this earth… to help you ‘Spiral Up’. No. Matter. What. Comes. Your. Way.

Inspiration
We begin at the beginning. What have you created, what are you creating now and what do you want to create in the future? I dig, I question and I align your creative goals to remove confusion and yield clarity.
-
Creation
We move into FLOW. What’s blocking you, what’s holding you back and how do you want to feel in your creative life? I get into the ‘shit pit’ with you to figure out what’s keeping you stuck so we can create a way up and out.
-
Refine
We finish the work so we can begin again. What needs to change so you can share your work, what’s left to do and how will you release your creations into the wild? I drill down into the practicalities with you to make sure you actually follow through.

My Values
-
Meaning, purpose and healing. Creativity isn’t just about making things – as Elizabeth Gilbert says, it’s a way of seeing the world that prioritises curiosity over fear.
-
Clarity, consciousness and energy. Health is the bedrock of everything I do. From what I eat, to what I see, to who I choose to work with.
-
Seeking, questioning and exploring. Looking for more dots to connect, rather than finite solutions.
-
Introspection, accountability and growth. You can only meet people at the depth you’ve met yourself, so I continually excavate my inner world to get closer to my truth.
-
Being, noticing and appreciating. Presence is action and awareness merged, the only place where creativity can truly be found.
