Spiral Up

Unlock authentic self-expression, design your dream creative life and master the art of sharing your story.

  • Trauma and creativity are two sides of the same coin. Learn how to harness both to take action on your big ideas.

Growth isn’t a science – it’s an art.

Whether you’re stuck in a rut on a creative project, building your dream business, or can’t find the words to tell your story of survival, you need to understand the creative process.

Being creative is more than making capital ‘a’ Art: it’s a way of life. A mindset, a verb and often the missing piece of the puzzle when it comes to living a fulfilling life.

The opposite of creativity isn’t inaction, it’s trauma. Without friction, destruction and challenge, it would be virtually impossible to create. This doesn’t excuse bad behavious or downplay how damaging trauma is, but rather reframes it – not as something to be avoided, but something that is as naturally to humanity as creativity is.

The narratives around both creativity and trauma are long overdue for a makeover… and that’s what I’m here to do. Understanding and harnessing both might just be the key to unlocking the greatest chapter of your life and/or business yet.
