Kolmeo
In partnership with Liquorice Agency, I worked on bringing the personality and voice of Kolmeo – a property management platform based in Melbourne, Australia – to life. Kolmeo helps the next generation of agencies, owners and tenants love property management by transforming day-to-day tasks, making them more engaging, productive and fun. As a startup, Kolmeo has ambitious plans to revolutionise the property management industry in Australia which, if we’re honest, is pretty broken. Their management team has decades of collective experience in the industry, so they deeply understand the problem they’re trying to solve and what truly needs to change.
Using the guidelines Liquorice’s brand strategist put together, I crafted website copy, sales scripts, pitch decks, email sequences, onboarding flows, landing pages and marketing collateral. I had the opportunity to meet regularly with the team and mine their brains for information, learning more and more about their target market and the pressures they face everyday as the bridge between tenants and property owners.
Kolmeo’s tone of voice is fun, conversational and down-to-earth, which gave me plenty of room to explore metaphor and puns throughout the project. I collaborated closely with Kolmeo’s CEO, Scott Bateman, and Brand Manager, Narina Amvazas, at every stage of the journey (to much success). What I loved most about this project was the dedication of the team to make a positive impact on the industry and their determination to make the journey as fun as possible for everyone involved, including their creative partners!
